From the printing, processing, and delivery of our Art Prints - to our Dried and preserved floral creations we hold ourselves fully to this ethos.
Why I chose to work creatively with Dried & Preserved Flowers
* Dried and Preserved Flowers last for months - even many years which clearly results in far less green waste than live flowers. During the drying or preserving processes the treatments are biodegradable and non-toxic which makes for a safer environment.
💧 * Dried and Preserved Flowers require no watering, making them a responsible choice for both business and private use to reduce water usage.
📦 * You will notice that where possible our packaging is paper or cardboard based. The filling is recycled brown shredded paper, the delivery tube that our prints are delivered in is a tough grade of thick cardboard.
Art Prints
In delivering our exceptional print quality for our art prints we partner with like minded printers who only use FSC certified stock papers. We are also partnered with a printer that is an active participant in the UN Global Compact since January 2020.

Are dried and preserved flowers natural?
Yes. Dried flowers are real flowers that have been harvested when the blooms are at their best, picked and placed in a drying room or shed.
Yes. Preserved flowers are real flowers with a more intricate type of head. Preserving includes colour treatments (non-toxic)

How do i care for my dried florals?
Preserved and dried flowers are created to be everlasting. Dried Flowers do not require watering as they are everlasting. For general handling and day-to-day care be gentle with them as they are still delicate, try not to keep them in direct sunlight and if there is dust just a light blow will remove that dust form their surface (or hairdryer on soft )

NO. Do not water.

My dried or preserved flowers have a smell.
It is normal for your dried flowers to initially have a slight small. You can add a drop of essential oil to add a lovely aroma.

How long do dried or preserved flowers last?
Dried and preserved flowers are designed to be long-lasting .Over long time periods there will be slight colour fade.

The substances used in the process are non-toxic and safe for commercial and domestic use.

Do you ship dried or preserved flowers throughout Australia?
Yes, we ship dried and preserved flowers throughout Australia. Some states may have certain biosecurity laws that differ from NSW, please feel free to check your area requirement.

What's the difference between a poster and a print?
Posters are usually printed on a thinner paper with a gloss finish, while an artist print is usually printed on a higher grade, uncoated paper. Uncoated paper is thicker, with a matt finish and a hint of texture. This makes the artwork look a bit more authentic, and that's why a print will often cost more than a poster.

Dried Flower Shipping
We ensure our packaging is designed to support the contents fragility, however we can not always govern how the package is handled during shipping - an allowance of a small amount of shedding and flattening is wise - once opened and unpacked it should fill out.
Orders are shipped with AusPost on Monday, Wednesday & Friday. We do not ship over weekends and public holidays.Depending on your whereabouts, Regular Shipping can then take 2 - 5 business days to arrive.

Delivery time includes order processing, production, and shipping. Estimated times may vary and are not guaranteed.

Art Prints
If, for any reason, you're Art Prints arrive damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition, please make contact with us within 7 days after your purchase. We will require photos of the damaged item(s) to process your refund or exchange. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, or more than 14 days after purchase. The refund amount excludes the shipping fee you have paid. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. They must also be returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange if these conditions are not met.
Exchanges - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

We DO NOT offer any returns, refunds or exchange on the arrangements. Please make sure you are aware of all details before your purchase.
Please understand that dried and preserved flowers are natural and will always vary in size or colour as nature does. If a product is not in season or unavailable we will list this on our items and will endeavour to substitute so that the overall design of the arrangement is true to the original intention.
