Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms. All competitions hosted by Key Surfers must have a minimum of 15 entries before applicable.

The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Section 20 - Returns

If your purchase arrives damaged, photo record will be required and we will be happy to take it back within 14 days of purchase. You may choose a full refund or another item from our product list as a replacement. If the replacement product is cheaper than the initial product we will refund you the difference. If it is more expensive we will happily offer you the new item at a discounted rate.

The Customer is responsible for the return delivery cost.

Section 21 - Order confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Section 22 - Order shipment

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at eternalartdesignsydney@gmail.com

Section 23 - Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to eternalartdesignsydney@gmail.com and we will either replace or refund the item, whichever is your request.

Section 24 - Cancellations

We do not accept order cancellations; it is the customer’s responsibility to make themselves aware of all details about the item prior to purchase.
